Michel Dion leads the team in Mirabel who conduct research & development activities with the objective to bring innovation into the next generations of commercial vertical lift products.

He joined Bell in 2006 as an Integrated Product Team Leader for the 206L Long Ranger Upgrade program. Michel has then held different leadership roles in product improvements and R&D activities with consortiums such as CRIAQ, CARIC and GARDN.

Michel has been leading complex aerospace projects for more than 20 years. Before joining Bell, Michel was responsible for leading different projects under the CF-18 program at L-3 MAS and Bombardier Aerospace - Defense Systems Division.

Michel earned a Bachelor Degree in Space Sciences from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Master Degree in Project Management from Université du Québec à Montréal.
