Bell is committed to building meaningful partnerships and strengthening the communities where our employees work and live. Though our Corporate Contributions program, we provide funding to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, including schools and organizations focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education, first responder, veteran and military programs, and health and human services.

 

Grant Applications

At this time, our window for receiving 2025 corporate grant requests has closed. Applications for 2026 will reopen between April 1 – September 30, 2025. All applicants who have applied for 2025 funding are currently being reviewed by our giving council and will be notified by March 2025 of the status of their request.

Updated funding guidelines
  • Sponsorship requests: Thank you for the meaningful work that you are doing in the community. At this time, Bell can only provide support to a limited number of non-profit organizations looking for sponsorship. We no longer accept unsolicited requests for funding. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Organizations located in the United States must be recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as tax-exempt and designated a public Charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.
  • Request must not be for or in support of any of the following:
    1. Discriminate based on race, creed, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or national origin
    2. Individuals
    3. Churches, seminaries or other related religious organizations when the contribution would support religious activities
    4. Political candidates, political causes and organizations representing fraternal or self-segregated populations
    5. Athletic teams and events, sports organizations, bands, social clubs, volunteer firefighters, 501(C)(19) veteran organizations or similar groups
  • Organization seeking charitable funding must comply with our grant cycle timeline.  The deadline to apply for a 2025 Bell grant/sponsorship is September 30, 2024.
  • Donation request must not be in connection with any current and/or pending Bell transactions.
  • Start-up organizations must have their 501(c)(3) status granted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for at least 3 years.
  • All organizations must be in compliance with the IRS at the time of application and throughout the award year.
